The Technical Business Analyst serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and the information technology team, playing a vital role in the success of projects. Their objective is to understand and translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications and plans. In addition to possessing analytical prowess, the Technical Business Analyst must be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, often liaising with users, developers, and management teams. Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze system requirements by working with diverse stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with project managers to establish project scope and timelines.

  • Coordinate and lead meetings with business users to gather enhancement requests.
  • Evaluate business challenges and suggest suitable technology solutions.
  • Develop test plans and scripts to ensure requirements are met effectively.
  • Support implementation efforts by bridging functional requirements and IT solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly to maintain schedules.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to propose innovative insights and solutions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst preferred.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle and project methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Experience using project management and business analysis tools effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases is highly desirable.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams efficiently.
