Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in software implementation or related roles.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail for system issues and resolutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service capabilities.
