The Site Supervisor - Steel Structural is a pivotal role within the construction and fabrication industries, offering an exciting opportunity for those passionate about leading teams and ensuring quality and safety on-site. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of steel structural projects on site.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with industry safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to define project scopes and objectives for steel structural tasks.
• Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet agreed timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to senior management.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Solve arising issues or conflicts on-site, coordinating with relevant parties for resolution.
• Ensure all materials, equipment, and labor resources are available and functioning as needed on site.
• Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders effectively.
• Enforce adherence to health and safety guidelines and conduct regular safety training sessions.
• Evaluate performance of team members and provide feedback and guidance where necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate site records, including job cards, logs, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in site supervision within steel structural projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent understanding of construction processes and methodologies, especially related to steel structures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective team and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction environments is essential.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant IT tools for reporting and scheduling.
