Job Description

As a Property Consultant, your role will involve working closely with clients to help them buy, sell, or rent properties. You will use your expert knowledge of real estate markets and customer needs to provide strategic advice and assistance throughout the transaction process. Responsibilities

  • Inspect properties and coordinate viewings for potential buyers and tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations in transactions.
  • Identify business opportunities and generate leads to expand client databases.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and property management companies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate industry developments and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate or property consulting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of property market trends and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Valid real estate license in accordance with state requirements.
