As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our organization through strategic client engagement and sales initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.

  • Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with prospective and current clients.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts of sales performance and market dynamics.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activity, client relationships, and forecasted revenue.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members to help achieve team objectives.
  • Manage customer feedback and channel it towards product development and improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales representative, with a record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong ability to quickly build rapport with potential and existing clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for success.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and effective negotiation techniques.
  • Experience in managing and utilizing CRM software for customer relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
