The Senior Sales Manager – Leisure is a pivotal leader within our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth within the leisure travel segment. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, who is capable of guiding a team of skilled sales professionals. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the leisure travel market and a proven track record in sales management. By building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and leveraging market insights, the Senior Sales Manager – Leisure will play a crucial role in expanding our market share and enhancing client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target leisure travel clients effectively.

  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals with major leisure travel industry players.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities to increase sales revenue.

  • Manage budget allocations for sales activities to maximize returns on investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the leisure sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
