Job Description

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in navigating potential buyers and investors through the intricacies of the real estate market. Your expertise will help clients make informed decisions that align with their investment goals. You will harness your extensive knowledge of property offerings to present, promote, and negotiate successfully with clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, an innate understanding of market trends, and a client-centric approach. Senior Property Consultants are often relied upon for their strategic insights and ability to drive sales by establishing and maintaining robust relationships with clients.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of property market conditions and portray accurate insights to clients.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on properties that meet their needs and budget requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with property buyers and investors.
  • Negotiate sales transactions to achieve the best terms for both clients and the company.
  • Prepare documentation and reports on properties for presentation to potential buyers.
  • Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Coordinate property viewings and follow up with clients to close sales effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
  • Train and mentor junior property consultants in sales techniques and market analysis.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote property listings.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations.
  • Utilize customer feedback to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in property sales or consultancy.
  • Proven track record of successful property sales and client management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends effectively.
  • Proficiency in property-related software and CRM systems beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
