About Madinat Jumeirah

About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive - Learning and Development (National Talent) to join Jumeirah Al Qasr . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Responsible for all property Learning and Development administrative activities.
  • Supports the delivery and execution of Learning and Development initiatives.
  • Provides Learning & Development service and support to all departments.
  • Takes ownership of basic functional requests associated with Oracle Tahweel, Axonify and all other Learning systems and applications.
  • Plays a key role in data collection, analysis, and action planning for the property.
  • Coordinates and schedules various learning activities as needed.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • UAE National as per government requirements.
  • 2 years in a similar role, preferably at a 5-star hotel
  • Diploma in Hotel Operations, Hotel Management, Human Resources or similar.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
