Position: Senior Designer, MENASA

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid)

About The Role

Join Binance’s Global Creative Team to create top-tier design work across digital, marketing campaigns, merchandise, motion graphics, events, social media, and more — with a key focus on the MENASA region. You’ll lead creative efforts, guide junior designers, and collaborate with local marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-brand, innovative creative for campaigns across various channels
• Work closely with design leads, project managers, and copywriters
• Act as Creative POC for MENASA marketing teams
• Support acquisition and retention with engaging digital campaigns
• Continuously improve creative processes and campaign performance
• Mentor junior designers and assist onboarding
• Manage third-party suppliers and freelancers
• Foster positive, innovative team culture
• Maintain strong relationships across global and regional teams
  
  

• 6-8+ years of experience in design, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments (crypto, lifestyle, fashion, sports preferred)
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; knowledge of 3D software and Gen AI is a bonus
• Experience managing the full design process, from concept to production
• Creative thinker with strong design eye and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with agencies and task management tools (Asana, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work collaboratively
