Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and driven Java Developers to join our product engineering team.

You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining microservices that support WorkInSyncs dynamic SaaS platform. This is a hands-on backend development role that requires deep problem-solving skills and the ability to build scalable, reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement backend microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.

Work across the entire software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security of backend systems.

Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams in a fast-paced agile environment.

Own and deliver critical modules in production.

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years of experience in Java backend development with hands-on knowledge of:

Spring Framework / Spring Boot

Microservices architecture

REST APIs

SQL databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL

Strong computer science fundamentals – data structures, algorithms, design patterns.

Experience building highly scalable and available systems.

Good to Have:

Familiarity with AWS cloud services

NoSQL databases like Cassandra or DynamoDB

Messaging queues like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ

Caching solutions like Redis or Memcached

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
