We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing key client accounts and driving growth through strategic insights and exceptional service. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of high-value clients, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to maximize revenue. Collaboration and leadership are key, as you'll work closely with various departments to ensure client satisfaction and success. This role is pivotal to our company's success, and we are looking for individuals with a passion for nurturing relationships, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of major client accounts.
  • Develop strategic plans to advance client business objectives and maintain satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent and coordinated client service.
  • Analyze client performance data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure long-term agreements and renewals.
  • Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and strategic presentations to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to better understand client needs and marketplace positions.
  • Develop and implement client feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery.
  • Travel to client sites as required to strengthen relationships and attend meetings.
  • Mentor and support junior account management personnel in their professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Proven success in managing large accounts and driving client success.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and produce actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM software and account management tools is preferred.
