Job Description

The Sales Supervisor plays a crucial role in driving the sales team towards achieving company targets and objectives. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team to meet targets.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts to assist in business planning and strategy formulation.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection of new sales personnel as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a supervisory role required.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with good time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
