We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Operation professional specializing in Waterproofing to join our team. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales and operations experience in the waterproofing industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and provide solutions for business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and inventory management tools.
  • Knowledge of current best practices and trends in waterproofing solutions.
