We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer specializing in tyres to join our team. As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the tyre industry. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets while building strong, long-lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of tyre products, market trends, and exceptional sales techniques. You will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize sales performance. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve tyre sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tyre industry market.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide expert consultation to customers regarding suitable tyre choices.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies and decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to synchronize sales and promotional activities.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals with clients effectively.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management for review.
  • Manage sales forecasts and budgets effectively to meet organizational goals.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to enhance networking opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry innovations for best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the tyre industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software for managing client databases.
