As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company's products and services.   • Prepare sales forecasts and track sales performance against targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and attend trade shows and industry events to increase brand visibility.

  • Train and mentor junior team members, steering their development effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of current marketing trends and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and marketing targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other digital marketing tools is required.
