As part of Al-Futtaim Automotive, you will be at the forefront of this transformation in the UAE, inspiring customers and turning digital leads into loyal buyers. This role is about more than selling cars, it’s about building trust, delivering experiences, and representing a brand that is redefining mobility.
What You Will Do:
Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Drive lead management discipline, ensuring every enquiry is tracked, followed up, and converted.
Monitor team CRM usage, pipeline quality, and conversion ratios.
Develop and implement action plans to optimize showroom traffic and digital lead performance.
Deliver training, coaching, and performance feedback to build sales capability.
Collaborate with Marketing and Aftersales to execute campaigns and deliver seamless customer journeys.
Ensure adherence to Al-Futtaim policies, compliance, and operational standards.
Provide regular sales reporting and market intelligence to leadership
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage, coach, and develop sales teams.
Track record of exceeding team sales targets and improving lead conversion rates.
Strong understanding of sales systems, digital sales channels, and pipeline discipline.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
Passion for sustainable mobility and innovation.
Valid UAE driver’s license
