Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and delivering on revenue targets for the organization. This dynamic role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, the ability to foster relationships, and a keen eye for market opportunities. You will lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, develop sales plans, and actively engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Responsibilities

  • Ensure the effective use of CRM software to manage client relationships efficiently.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for growth in new and existing markets.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with potential clients and partners.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills with a track record in team development.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as necessary.
