Job Responsibilities:
Lead, direct, and oversee all Dubai Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) operations and processes, with full P&L accountability.
Role model RTX leadership values and behaviors, setting the standard for safety, trust, respect, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and performance.
Serve as the Accountable Manager for the Dubai MRO site, with overall responsibility for people, quality, compliance, and performance across multiple business units (Interiors, Advanced Structures, and Power & Controls).
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Airworthiness Authorities’ standards; act as Accountable Manager with the GCAA, EASA, FAA, CAAS, and other regulatory bodies, maintaining an audit-ready, fully compliant environment at all times.
Develop and manage the site’s annual service center budget, including labour and material costs, ensuring delivery of financial objectives and margin targets.
Drive safety, quality, delivery, and performance to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations for on-time delivery and delivered quality.
Deliver on annual Interiors Goal Alignment and continuous improvement targets.
Execute short- and medium-term strategies, including cost reduction and operational efficiency initiatives, to ensure long-term profitability and competitiveness.
Provide direction and oversight to the site leadership team, fostering collaboration, communication, and accountability in pursuit of business objectives.
Ensure the site is staffed with strong talent and that succession and development plans are in place for all key roles.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of contractual and company-funded commitments, delivering a world-class customer experience.
Ensure compliance with EH&S policies, regulatory requirements, and RTX standards; actively support initiatives to maintain a safe, hazard-free workplace.
Uphold RTX’s Code of Ethics, promoting open communication and compliance with all business practices, regulations, and Global Trade requirements.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by applying the RTX CORE operating system and actively leading improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Employment Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of management experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership role(s).
Ability to role model and apply RTX leadership values & behaviors.
Deep understanding of Lean principles, continuous improvement, and disciplined operational execution.
Strong English communication skills with executive presence, with the ability to influence and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong quality control discipline.
Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure while establishing and executing disciplined processes and systems.
Proven experience as a Site Leader or General Manager, leading multicultural, cross-functional teams.
Expertise in vision setting, strategic agility, and business/financial acumen.
Understanding of accounting principles as they apply to budget and cost management.
Proven ability to deliver operational and financial results through strategic leadership and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated capability in complex problem solving and analytical thinking.
Experience in developing leaders and high-performing teams.
Familiarity with GCAA, EASA, and FAA regulations; experience engaging with regulatory authorities preferred.
Extensive aerospace industry experience within a Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
