Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Adept at using CRM software and digital tools for sales management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Exceptionally motivated, with a strong drive to achieve sales quotas.
  • Must possess a valid real estate license according to local legislation.
