Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the lubricants industry.
  • Strong understanding of lubricant products and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is required.
