We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Executive specializing in construction equipment to join our thriving sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our construction equipment sales by identifying potential customers, building long-term relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will play a key role in understanding customers' needs, providing them with tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a thorough understanding of the construction industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction equipment market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations tailored to the target audience.

  • Provide excellent pre-and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network and increase brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to strategize effectively and stay competitive.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to handle any inquiries or complaints professionally.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry developments, product knowledge, and technological advancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales within the construction equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and equipment sales processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills tailored to different audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends.
  • Solid organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
