Job Description

The Sales Executive is a critical role within our organization, responsible for driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on potential revenue streams. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase product reach.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients in a professional manner.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of the company's offerings.
  • Monitor sales metrics and report on the progress of sales initiatives and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding necessary product improvements and market demands.
  • Manage customer accounts, resolve complaints, and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry-related events as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in similar industry sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude and culture.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients or attend industry events.
