Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, tasked with identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while developing relationships with potential clients. Your role will involve an understanding of the sales process to effectively sell our services and products, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Your ability to communicate persuasively and your strategic approach to sales will contribute significantly to our company's growth and market penetration. You will work collaboratively with other departments to align on sales strategies and contribute to a shared goal of business expansion and client retention.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and share knowledge.
  • Analyze market potential and track sales performance and status reports.
  • Supply management with timely reports on customer needs, problems, and interests.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars as a company representative.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and self-driven learning and experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the industry.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics in a business environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally in writing and speech.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to generate reports and manage data.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend seminars.
