Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Develop detailed sales forecasts and adjust strategies to meet changing markets and competitive landscapes.
  • Work closely with underwriters to ensure quotes and proposals are prepared accurately.
  • Facilitate efficient communication between sales teams and prospective clients through precise data-sharing.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark company performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in designing sales presentations and tailored solutions for potential clients.
  • Analyze client feedback and sales patterns to recommend new services or product lines.
  • Support the development and execution of the sales development training program.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of all current and potential clients, ensuring data integrity and security.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales analysis role.
  • Proven knowledge of the insurance industry and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and CRM software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
