Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is a pivotal role within our company, contributing to the sales team's success by providing crucial support and coordination. This role involves facilitating communication and collaboration within the sales team and between different departments, ensuring that the sales goals of the organization are met efficiently and effectively. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and providing reports and data that are essential for strategic decision-making. A successful Sales Coordinator will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of work. This position requires an individual who is proactive, organized, and has a customer-focused mindset.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the sales team's daily schedules and meetings efficiently.
  • Prepare and distribute sales documents, proposals, and contracts as required.
  • Assist in the creation and management of sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Liaise between the sales department and other departments to minimize delays.
  • Generate and maintain accurate sales records and client correspondence documentation.
  • Support sales team members with entering and tracking sales leads and opportunities.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls and responses of potential sales inquiries from clients.
  • Facilitate effective communication among the sales team and management regularly.
  • Assist in the development and execution of regular sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure the CRM system is consistently updated with current information and data.
  • Assist in gathering market and competitor data to enhance sales strategies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for sales team members as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for data management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is highly advantageous.
