Job Description

A Sales Consultant plays an integral role in the growth and success of a company by driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. As a Sales Consultant, you are responsible for understanding client needs, offering expert advice on products or services, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure lead quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or similar role for a minimum of two years.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on securing client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals.
