The Sales and Marketing Director is a pivotal leadership role within the organization, tasked with reshaping and advancing the company's marketing strategy to drive growth and enhance brand presence. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Oversee the sales and marketing teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional results.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure financial targets are met and optimally allocated.
  • Work collaboratively with the product development team to refine offerings in line with market demands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
  • Develop and oversee integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Provide market intelligence to the executive team to aid decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities and achievements.
  • Identify and evaluate potential business development opportunities in new markets.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements in marketing practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing position with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and CRM systems essential.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and marketing analytics.
  • Creative thinker capable of developing new marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
