Job Summary-

As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming reservations, providing information about hotel services, and ensuring guests have a seamless booking experience.

Job Responsibility-

  • Receive and process reservations via phone, email, or online platforms
  • Answer inquiries about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities
  • Confirm reservations and send booking confirmations to guests
  • Update reservation system with accurate information
  • Assist guests with special requests or changes to their reservations
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle cancellations and modifications to existing reservations

Candidate Requirements-

  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel booking platforms
  • Knowledge of hotel services and amenities
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
