Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team, focusing on the UAE market for our range of food products. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within this competitive market. As Sales Executives, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our marketing and logistics teams to ensure that our products meet client expectations and market demands. This role requires a strong understanding of the food industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to closing deals.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE food products market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Participate in setting sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded consistently.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales and promotional strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs within the food sector.
  • Provide reliable after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to optimize sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote our products.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profits sustainably.
  • Proactively respond to customer inquiries and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive in the UAE food products market.
  • Strong understanding of the food industry and market dynamics in the UAE.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and keen attention to detail.
  • Holding valid UAE drivng license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
  • Fluency in English is required.
