Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in manpower supply or a related industry and excel at client relationship management, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct client/site visits, meetings, and regular follow-ups.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Track market trends, competitors, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams for smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in manpower supply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree.
