The Regional Sales Head – Middle East is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth, expanding market share, and managing the overall sales strategy across the Middle East region. This position requires a dynamic and experienced sales professional who can lead diverse teams, cultivate key client relationships, and ensure revenue targets are consistently achieved. Operating within the regulatory and commercial landscape of the UAE and neighboring countries, the role involves extensive regional travel, market intelligence, and high-level stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing strategic sales plans tailored to regional market conditions, industry trends, and company goals.
Leading and mentoring regional sales teams, setting performance metrics, and ensuring high productivity across territories.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
Conducting market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify new business opportunities and regional risks.
Collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams to align offerings with customer needs and market demands.
Managing regional sales budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities to ensure profitability and cost-efficiency.
Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the Middle East.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable UAE and regional business regulations and corporate governance policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years focused on the Middle East market.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive regional environment.
Strong understanding of cultural, economic, and legal dynamics within the UAE and surrounding GCC countries.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Experience in managing remote teams across multiple countries and time zones.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region as required.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
