As a Flow Spare Parts Sales Lead, you will generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams, with the purpose of generating business opportunities. You will observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop a strategy for new business and expand existing business within the actual market.

As a Bently Nevada Flow Sales Lead, you will be responsible for:


  • Handling Flow Sales which include the sales of spare parts, hardware and software.
  • Selling to existing Bently customers and developing new customer base.
  • Selling mainly to distributors and channel partners.
  • Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customizations within guidelines can be done.
  • Contributing and negotiating pricing frameworks for key customers within a given territory.
  • Handling diverse clients in a region and cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
  • Have at least 4 years of experience in Sales or Commercial role.
  • Have Experience in Spare Parts Preferred.
  • Have experience in Oil and Gas and Petrochemicals.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and leadership skills are preferred.
  • Have the ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact is preferred.
  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously is preferred.
  • Have effective problem identification and solution skills as well as proven analytical and organizational ability are preferred.
