Job Description

The Regional Business Development Manager is a pivotal role tasked with spearheading business growth and expansion across designated territories.   • Ensure consistent reporting on sales activities and progress towards goals.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to tailor solutions for regional markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or sales management.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and local business ecosystems.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovative business approaches.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regional territory.
