Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Solid understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.
  • Experience in developing strong candidate pipelines for organizational needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams efficiently.
