A Telesales Specialist is a skilled sales professional who leverages their communication abilities to connect with potential customers over the phone. Responsibilities

  • Maintain a database of potential and existing customers for future reference and follow-up.
  • Handle customer inquiries with enthusiasm and provide accurate information promptly.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to organization growth.
  • Negotiate terms and prices with customers to close profitable deals.
  • Keep up-to-date with new product launches and features to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Track and record every sales call using standard tools and CRM systems.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing sales.
  • Continually assess and adjust sales techniques to improve closure rates.
  • Participate in sales meetings and share insights from customer interactions with the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to present and pitch products effectively over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation skills to handle objections and close sales successfully.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets diligently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different products and diverse customer bases positively.
