  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Valid real estate license and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent with a strong track record in sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and legal guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent leadership skills.
  • Proficient in using real estate software and marketing tools effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, in professional settings.
