  • Keep up-to-date with changes in real estate laws and market conditions affecting property values.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
  • Licensed to practice real estate activities in the applicable state.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and property value assessments.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with great organizational skills and time management.
  • Familiarity with real estate databases and property management software.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits.
