Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting real estate properties effectively.

• Coordinate with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
• Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listings services.
• Provide guidance and assistance throughout the mortgage process to clients.
• Prepare necessary documents such as loyalty agreements, purchase agreements, and contracts.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties in the real estate market.
• Arrange and conduct showings of properties to prospective buyers or tenants.
• Develop and maintain networks with contractors, appraisers, and other professionals.
• Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
• Offer expert advice to clients regarding market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

Requirements

• Possess a valid real estate license with good professional standing.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or relevant role is preferred.
• Strong sales or negotiation abilities and excellent communication skills required.
• In-depth understanding of the real estate market and current market trends.
• Proficiency with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• High school diploma required; a higher education degree is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
