Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain organized and accessible filing systems for digital and paper documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Greet and assist visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, memos, and other communications.
  • Manage and replenish office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support other team members by completing assigned clerical work when needed.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, such as printers and copiers.
  • Assist in data entry and updating records to keep information current.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office-related services and maintenance.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and reviews.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
