An HR Executive is a pivotal position within the human resource department, responsible for overseeing various aspects of the employee life cycle within an organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire the best talent.
  • Provide support to employees in relation to HR concerns and queries.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans effectively and efficiently.
  • Foster a positive work environment through engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships.
  • Lead performance management processes to achieve high employee productivity.
  • Identify training and development needs through job analysis and career planning.
  • Prepare and maintain personnel records and documentation for audits and reviews.
  • Handle disciplinary matters with fairness and maintain procedural compliance.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace to enhance employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR role or a similar position.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best industry practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and efficiently.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulation compliance is mandatory.
