Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of experience in villa interior or fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials specific to interior projects.
• Proficient in cost estimation software and project management tools.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders and vendors.
• Ability to analyze complex data and situations to deliver viable solutions.
• Relevant professional certification such as MRICS or equivalent status is preferred.
