Product Training Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Training Manager to join our team. As a Product Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our product lines to ensure all employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively promote and sell our products. Your duties will include creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of the training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product training, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product training programs for internal staff and external customers.
• Create training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and product manuals.
• Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and up to date.
• Conduct training sessions in person and virtually to educate employees and customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback to make improvements as needed.
• Monitor product knowledge levels across the organization and identify areas for additional training and development.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align product training initiatives with overall business goals and strategies.
• Stay current on industry trends and product developments to continually enhance training programs.
• Manage training schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective delivery of product training.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency in all product training materials and activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Training Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective training programs and evaluate their impact.
