Product Manager (225-621)

A Product Manager plays a critical role in the development and success of a company’s products. This position involves the strategic planning, development, and management of a product at all stages of its lifecycle. The Product Manager works closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the final product meets customer needs while aligning with the company’s objectives. They play a key part in gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver winning products. A successful Product Manager combines excellent business acumen with a deep understanding of customer needs, driving the company’s product strategy while ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to achieve product development goals.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from inception through to delivery and support.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding with stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve tactical issues impacting product development and deployment.
• Develop new products/concepts through collaborative brainstorming and innovation.
• Work closely with marketing teams to devise go-to-market strategies for products.
• Monitor key metrics to ensure product success and drive necessary adjustments.
• Prepare and maintain product documentation to guide user experience and usage.
• Facilitate communication across various departments to ensure product coherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in product management or similar role in a relevant industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think creatively and take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in developing and delivering product presentations to senior teams.
• Proficiency with product management and development tools such as JIRA.
