Your team

The product team executes the strategy and development for IGs trading and investments platform and products, driving innovation in trading and investment experiences while meeting regulatory requirements.

Your role in the Team’s Success

Lead the product strategy and development for IGs trading and investments platform and products, driving innovation with scrappiness.

What You’ll Do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IGs trading, investment and crypto products for our APAC division.
• Lead design and engineering teams to create compelling new products.
• Drive innovation in trading, investment and crypto experiences, tools, and features
• Identify market trends and opportunities to maintain IGs competitive advantage
• Ensure our products meet regulatory requirements while delivering excellent user experiences
• Analyse product performance, customer feedback, and market data to inform product decisions
  
  

Key Qualification Requirements

What you’ll need for this role

• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 4 years leading trading, investment or crypto products
• Deep understanding of financial markets, cryptocurrencies, trading and investments platforms, and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing complex, regulated financial products
• Proven track record of delivering innovative digital solutions
• Proven track record of relentless execution
• Leadership skills with experience managing high-performing product teams
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making
