Dubai British School Jumeira are currently recruiting for a Primary / Foundation Stage Classroom Teacher to cover a maternity leave starting in August 2025.

Our Curriculum 

DBSJ follows the National Curriculum for England, from EYFS through to GCSE, BTEC and A Level examination courses. The curriculum is significantly enhanced by the local context and culture. The opportunities that students enjoy outside the classroom are just as important as the main curriculum and we offer an extensive, competitive, and varied extra-curricular activities programme.

Skills

Highly qualified in relevant domain of education to the role being applied for

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

At least two years teaching experience

A proven record of consistent inspirational teaching and learning

Knowledge and understanding of monitoring student learning and adaptable/responsive teaching methods to support ongoing growth of students

A commitment to the wellbeing of all students

An understanding of, and dedication to the broader school life

The ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced international, multicultural, and demanding environment
