The Pharmaceutical Sales Manager - Dental plays a crucial role in leading and managing the sales activities within the dental industry segment of a pharmaceutical company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both the pharmaceutical and dental industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and working closely with marketing, product management, and other departments to achieve sales objectives. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the pharmaceutical sales team focused on dental products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, ideally within the dental sector.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and dental healthcare market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client meetings and industry events.
  • High level of self-motivation, initiative, and drive to achieve targets.
