Position: Personal Assistant to CEO

Location: Dubai, UAE

Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to the CEO who is fluent in Arabic and English. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the CEO in both professional and personal matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal/external meetings.
  • Strong understanding of UAE culture, corporate protocols, and dealings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and translate correspondence, reports, and documents (Arabic ↔ English).
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, visas, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes, ensuring follow-up on action points.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support in personal tasks, errands, and engagements as required.
  • Liaise with government entities, clients, and partners when needed.
  • Assist in event organization, board meetings, and company functions.
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and documentation for easy retrieval.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional discretion and high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
