As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our company's market presence. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients, establish long-lasting business relationships, and promote our products and services. By fostering an in-depth understanding of customer needs, you will tailor solutions that drive customer satisfaction and improve sales outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
  • Visit potential and existing clients to present our range of products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure loyalty.
  • Develop, implement, and follow sales strategies to achieve individual sales goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with prospective customers to close of sales deals.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the client's needs.
  • Analyze sales data to understand market trends and customer preferences to optimize selling techniques.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customers satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Report regularly to sales manager with updates on the progress of sales activities.
  • Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to develop relationships and increase brand awareness.
  • Stay updated with industry and competitive trends to position products effectively.


Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a sales executive in a relevant industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical for this role.
  • Ability to develop in-depth knowledge of market and industry trends.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections professionally.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
