Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce products or services.
  • Engage with potential customers to clearly understand their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed predetermined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on customer preferences and trends.
  • Continue improving communication and sales tactics through training and coaching.
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to maintain competitive edge in market.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging personality.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in achieving goals.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management software is an advantage.
