Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce products or services.
Engage with potential customers to clearly understand their requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities.
Meet or exceed predetermined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.
Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Provide feedback to the product team on customer preferences and trends.
Continue improving communication and sales tactics through training and coaching.
Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of one year experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
Strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging personality.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in achieving goals.
Proficiency with customer relationship management software is an advantage.
