A Real Estate Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the strategic growth of a real estate company. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate business development roles.
  • Proven track record of successful business expansion and sales growth.
  • Excellent networking and relationship management skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret industry trends effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are required for this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software for data management.
